Buying and selling your property can be a stressful experience. With our professional, experienced conveyancers you are guaranteed a conscientious, diligent but friendly service.
We offer professional advice on all aspects of buying and selling, and are available to you at all times from instruction, where you will be allocated a dedicated case handler, right though until completion.
We thoroughly run through your property transaction in detail on instruction, explain the process and who will be looking after you. In addition, we will run through the stages in which we progress and keep you updated at all times. In doing so, we can talk through your payment schedule and go through any potential disbursements, so you have no unexpected fees at the time of your completion.

Remortgage
Our Remortgage team can assist you by explaining and discussing terms of a new mortgage offer before your current deal comes to an end. At which point we can request a redemption statement, help with the legal work relating to remortgaging a leasehold property and final checks, such as bankruptcy searches, investigating changes made to the property title and arranging completion. You will be assigned a dedicated case handler who will look after you throughout the duration of your Remortgage transaction.

New Build Conveyancing
There are many benefits of buying a New Build Property. The fact the plot itself is brand new and also the appliances gives great peace of mind. When it comes to reserving the plot or property with a reservation fee, you will normally have 28 days in which to exchange contracts. When it comes to reserving the home may already be built, in the process of being built or an 'off plan' plot which means you reserve the property before construction has started.
Once the exchange of contracts has taken place, you are legally committed to purchase the property. If you have exchanged on a property that has not been constructed, you will exchange with completion ‘on notice’, which means the purchase process will take longer to complete. Once the property construction has been completed, notice will be served by the Developer’s lawyers to us and completion of your home purchase will take place within approximately 5-10 working days.

Shared Ownership
Purchasing a property via the Shared Ownership scheme can be the perfect way to get your foot onto the property ladder, particularly if you are unable to afford the deposit and mortgage for a full share as it can dramatically reduce the amount required for a deposit and rent is then paid on the remaining share owned by the housing association.
Once you own a share, you are able to buy further shares in the property as and when you can afford to – only if you want to! This process is called Staircasing.
